Klinger began manufacturing Maxiflex gaskets with the purchase of MacMichael Gaskets in 1989 who began producing a range of metallic and semi-metallic gaskets since their foundation in 1971. Klinger Ltd. has continued to expand and upgrade the manufacturing techniques and facilities to enable the manufacture of high quality, semi-metallic sealing products using state of the art machinery. The Maxiflex production facility now automates every element of the process and produces excellent quality, consistent gaskets much quicker than ever before.
Maxiprofile gaskets are commonly used as replacements for Metal Jacketed Gaskets on vessel applications offering greater sealing performance and reliability. Maxiprofiles are available with a number of profiles to enable them to be used on standard pipeline flanges.
Klinger also manufacture Metal Jacketed gaskets and corrugated metal gaskets with and without facings for use in vessel and standard flange applications.
