  Asbestos free sealing material based on mica reinforced with stainless tanged insert. The outstanding chemical resistance of mica makes the gaskets suitable for a wide range of other applications. Suitable for exhaust manifolds, turbines, turbochargers, air exchangers and burner ducting.

• Designed for hot, dry gases applications up to 900°C

• For low-pressure service, up to 5 bar

  KLINGER®ferroflex SP-AF/II

  An aramid-fibre based gasket material with NBR binder with a pegged steel insert. It has excellent oil and fuel resistance combined with good stress relaxation and high temperature resistance. Typical applications include hot dry environment and carburettor and diesel engines, e.g. exhaust manifold, oil pan and heat shield.
