High temperature, premium grade material for use with steam and high temperature applications. Unique Multi-Layer composition gives the material very good sealability and leak-tightness combined with improved resilience at elevated temperatures. Suitable for use with oils, water, steam, gases, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, moderate organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants and refrigerants, food industry.

KLINGER®top-graph2000

Premium grade material made from expanded graphite and synthetic fibres, using a revolutionary process. The material has excellent mechanical properties with high load bearing capacity and excellent stress relaxation properties. The materials offer outstanding saleability of gases, hydrocarbon, refrigerants and steam at higher than normal temperatures and pressures.

Creep-resistant, heavy-duty modified PTFE gasket suitable for a wide range of applications within the chemical and petrochemical industries. KLINGERtop-chem-2000 has excellent chemical resistance in strongly acidic and alkaline applications and offers exceptional performance in applications with high mechanical requirements at high temperatures. Due to its unique load bearing properties it is able to withstand high temperatures and pressures and it is the only PTFE gasket with a Fire Safe Certificate.
